Quality Assurance
Upon completing all implantology and prosthetic work, our patients receive a warranty card and detailed instructions. This document outlines the warranty duration and conditions, oral hygiene guidelines, and a follow-up visit plan. After dental implant insertion, patients receive a special implantology booklet recording the procedure date, implant position, serial number, and manufacturer details. The booklet also includes brief warranty conditions.
The warranty covers only the services provided and does not extend to travel and accommodation costs. Patients must contact us immediately if any issues arise. Warranty conditions require adherence to the treatment plan and scheduled check-ups. Certain treatments may be affected by the patient’s overall health, for which the dentist cannot be held responsible. Inflammatory processes of the gums and soft tissues are not covered by the warranty.
